As I teenager I dreamed of being an architect one day. I believe that what I am doing today is a big part of that dream. Allow me to tell you my story.

My career in the building industry began in 1979 when I worked at a roof and floor truss plant in Bettendorf, Iowa. I started in production and quickly moved into sales, transferring to a sales position in Dallas, Texas. Texas is where I worked for five more years and then I decided to make a move to sunny Arizona to expand my sales experience and management skills. I chose the car industry, where I quickly learned the business and spent eleven years as a sales manager at one of the top Chevrolet dealerships in the nation.

Then, about twelve years ago my family and I embarked on building at that time our dream home. We did extensive research on custom home builders in the Valley. We viewed many custom homes, spoke to their current customers to learn about their reputation, we looked for unique features that were included in the price and more than anything we looked for quality. Because of my past experience in the building industry I understood quality and knew what to look for in a home. This meant viewing many homes from slab work to framing to finished product. This was an easy decision once we did all the research, we chose Forte' Homes. So we started the process and eight months later we had an extraordinary home built by Forte' Homes.

I was so impressed with the quality, price and ease of bulding a Forte' Home that I thought I should get back into the building industry, in particular, representing Forte' Homes. I knew I could help people realize their dreams in building a custom home, because I did so myself. So, I met with the owners of Forte' Homes, John Cochran and John Perkins, to discuss my idea. They agreed to give me the opportunity and I chose to exclusively sell and represent Forte' Homes.

It has now been over seven years since I've been working with Forte' Homes and I am loving every minute of it. I am not the typical realtor who drops you in the lap of a builder.
